2 player game: 4 bags/player are tossed in an inning. The inning is over when both the players have tossed all 4 of their bags. The score needs to be exactly 21. Any score over the 21 is rejected. After 4 innings, the player at 21 or closer is declared the winner. The score is counted as follows:

Bag in the hole:

Any bag that is thrown through the hole or pushed through the hole is considered a bag in the hole and is awarded 3 points
